Description
Today we have Levira. I originally intended it to be twins of some kind but saw the art and decided to make it one being with both powers.
A prodigy among the Crimson Guild, she sought to expand her power by surviving in the glaciers of Anarka, surviving only with her pyromantic abilities. Nevertheless, the task was too hard for her to face and, in order to survive, had to merge his firepower with the ice, becoming more powerful than before but exiled from her home.

Interesting take on Fire//Ice. Perhaps make her a 1/3 to stand up to removal more? It's balanced in a vacuum, but if there's a set in mind, even if it's something like Commander with power levels all over the place, then I'd really think about how it interacts with other cards.
That, and fix the text box. There's a lot of formatting errors, and a few glaring misspellings that need to be addressed:

{R}, {T}: Levira, Mistress of Fire and Ice deals 2 damage to target creature or player.
{U}, {T}: Tap target creature. That creature doesn't untap during's it's controller's next untap phase.
"People tend to be afraid of choosing one or more power. I am not afraid; when consequences come, I'll be there to confront them."
