Last minute addition 1

So after playtesting my Struggles of Iscathia set I had to make a few changes and found myself with a disbalance among the colors because I didn't realize tokens appeared in statistics so I had to redefine a few cards. Long story short: I had to make a rare green card and this is what came out, I need to know if it's well balanced or if it needs changes.
